- Cromat Logistic matches your transport request with verified carriers
- We coordinate communication between the client and the carrier

However:
- The carrier is responsible for executing the physical transport
- Cromat Logistic is not liable for delays or damages caused directly by third-party carriers unless otherwise agreed in writing
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about the cargo
- Ensuring proper packaging and compliance with legal requirements
- Preparing the goods for loading during the agreed time window
- Obtaining necessary documents (CMR, invoices, declarations, permits, etc.)
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional charges, or order cancellation.

Cromat Logistic is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, accidents, customs issues, or force majeure
- Damages caused by incorrect packaging, improper loading instructions, or incomplete documentation

- CMR Convention (international road transport)
